3. Ticket Purchases and Bookings
All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. By completing a purchase you are entering into a binding contract with OP PLATFORM LTD for attendance at the specified event.
You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.
Tickets are non-transferable unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to refuse entry if a ticket has been resold or transferred without our authorisation.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds
If you cancel within the 14-day period and are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Cancellation by Us
If we cancel an event, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will be valid for the new date; however, you may request a full refund if you are unable to attend the rescheduled event.
5. Event Attendance
All guests must be aged 18 or over to attend Tokyo Nights events. Proof of age may be requested at the door.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, threatening, or contrary to the safe enjoyment of the event by other guests. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
Guests are responsible for their own behaviour and personal belongings at the event. OP PLATFORM LTD accepts no liability for loss, damage, or theft of personal property at the venue.
6. Dietary Requirements and Allergies
Our events involve food service. If you have any dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances, you must notify us at the time of booking. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
